Media outlets such as King 5 News/Investigations has been feeding the public with erroneous information about what is currently happening at WACC.
This portal is a one stop shop to learn the true story of WACC, engage to end the receivership, and prevent future invasions.

Multi-lingual Preschool:

Trough Issa’s leadership, WACC served 34 students in its multilingual Preschool site in Rainier Valley. The preschool is part of the City of Seattle Pathways Preschool Program and offers a dual language program in French and English (while also incorporating

Issa had put in place a home visiting program (ParentChild+) serving about 80 families with children aged 16 months to three years old. Issa’s professional career and personal life have been focused on early education, leadership, and public service.

Issa is the founder of West African Community Council (WACC) and the community advocacy movement WACC REAL STORY. He is also a former Commissioner with the King County Immigrant and Refugee Commission.

West African Community Council (WACC) was founded in 2013 by Issa Ndiaye, a dedicated public servant,

advocate and leader, for the purpose of advocating, organizing, assisting, educating, and supporting West African community members while preserving our tradition, culture, social, religious, and moral beliefs.
